2011-2012 Executive Board
President
Jill DiMaggio is a senior business student from central NJ. She is majoring in management and will graduate in May 2012. Jill currently works on campus at the Office of Graduate Admissions, and this past summer she interned at Automatic Data Processing (ADP) in Parsippany, NJ in the Learning & Performance department.
Jill joined BLT as a freshman and was an active member her first two years at FDU. Last year she joined the E-Board for the first time as Social Chairperson. This year as president, Jill hopes to accomplish the many goals she set out for the organization. She wants to get the student body as involved as they can.
Jill and the rest of the E-Board want to give members a chance to attend numerous educational as well as social meetings and events to make their experience with BLT great. Jill believes this organization can help students network and gain the necessary skills and knowledge that will prepare them for their career, which is one of the many reasons she joined BLT. Overall, Jill hopes to make this year one of BLT's best!
Vice President
Nicole Murphy is a sophomore at Fairleigh Dickinson University and is the youngest person on team. Her major is business with a concentration in Entrepreneurship. Being a part of the University and this organization has opened up a world of new opportunities and experiences for Nichole. It has helped her develop the necessary skills she needs to succeed and be successful in the workforce. She hopes that this organization can help all those interested as well and that this, her second year on the E-Board will be it's best yet!
Treasurer
Tamara Marks Is beginning her second year at FDU as an International Business major. "I first heard of BLT through the freshman orientation and had doubts about it. I thought it was going to be all work and no fun, but boy was I wrong. After giving it a chance I found that BLT allowed me to have fun and prepare me better for the future. I decided to join the E-board in hopes of gaining even more knowledge and connections by working with my peers. BLT has really given me the opportunity to take that one step further and really get into some of the aspects of business that I may not of gotten to in my classes. I hope to continue participating in BLT and participating as part of the E-board so that I can not only help myself, but can also help others".
Secretary
Eric Cabrera is a sophomore, majoring in psychology & sociology. His goal is to be a good psychologist and assist his patients.
Eric has been with BLT since his Freshmen year. He believes BLT opened new doors of experiences and challenges for him. He learnt many valuable lessons while being a part of BLT. He learnt networking skills which he believes is one of the main reasons he is a member and on the E-board this year.
Eric says, "BLT has shown me that it is important to draw wisdom from places because if you take it from just one place then you become rigid and stale"

Community Service Chair
Richard Nwaoko, originally from Irvington New Jersey, is a senior in the 5-year BA/MA joint degree program, where he builds his expertise in Media and Professional Communications with a minor specialization in Business. He formerly served as an intern for First Investors, a large investment firm based in New York City. He currently interns at ABC Television Network in the Productions Department. On campus, he has previously served as an Orientation Leader and Student Ambassador. Currently, he is a part of the P.L.A.N mentoring program. Adding to his list of extracurricular activites and impressive academic tract, Richard also works on campus with the Office of Student Life as a Publicity Team Associate.
This is Richard's first year on the E-board and he is full of energy! He wants to demonstrate his wonderful creative ideas with the BLT community. He is thrilled to have an opportutnity to learn and grow with this impactful organization.

Public Relations Chair
Ana Rivas is currently a Junior at Fairleigh Dickinson University pursuing a BS in Marketing and minor in Advertising. She is an active student currently working at the office of student life as an Information Desk Associate. She is also involve in other organizations on campus which includes the Student Government Association as the Junior Class Representative, the Multi-Cultural Council as the Vice President and sits in different committees in which makes an important impact to our campus.
This is her first year in the E-board and she is very excited to start programming and get the student body involve and know about Business Leaders of Tomorrow.

Social Events Chair
Sheka Mansaray joined BLT in his sophomore year of 2009. He believes, throughout his time in the organization, he learned and participated in several fun and educational BLT events. Sheka joined the E board in his Junior year as the SGA representative. This year he is returning to the E-board as the Social Chair for the organization. Sheka aspires that this year he can encourage more people to join the club.

Shindler is currently in his first year at Farleigh Dickinson and is majoring
in finance, hoping to one day to get into the exciting field of investment banking.
Besides the latter, Michael has an avid interest in business, politics, and
art. This is his first time on any
E-board, he is very excited to work in an environment where people are
passionate about business and success.
Graduate Advisor
Andrea N. Dennis, a native of Monrovia, Liberia is a first year graduate student at Fairleigh Dickinson University, studying Management Information Systems. She attended Riverdale Baptist School in Upper Marlboro, Maryland and received her B.S Degree in Information Technology with an emphasis in Management from Lincoln University, PA. As the graduate advisor of BLT, Andrea strives to be a firm support system not just to the members but those that the group may come encounter with. She believes that encouraging our young leaders to position themselves for success today will provide a chance for a better tomorrow.
Andrea is a former Lincoln University ALL-CIAA Cheerleader (2008), and has held VP positions in the Business Club as well as the Lincoln University chapter of Students in Free Enterprise (S.I.F.E). She also worked as a student assistant to the University’s Business Department.Andrea Currently serves as an intern for the UN/NGO Pathway Program, secretary of the National Society of Black Engineers (N.S.B.E) and one of the lead students for the UNA/USA student alliance club at the metro campus of Fairleigh Dickinson University.
Andrea enjoys learning about other cultures and their food; she loves traveling, shopping, interior decorating, and spending time on her favorite website YouTube. Furthermore, Andrea believes that everyone has the ability to be outstanding if they put in that extra effort!

Rima Chawla is a graduate student at the Silberman College of Business. She is currently pursuing her MBA in Marketing. She currently works on campus as a Graduate Assistant and the past year she interned at the World Trade Centre trading commodities and conducting market research.
Rima joined BLT during her first semester and attended a few events. It was only during her second semester she was actively involved with BLT and she says "It was a learning experience, bagged with fun"

Faculty Advisor
Eli Amdur has been faculty advisor of BLT since 2005. He is an alumnus of FDU (R-'68), has been teaching three graduate leadership courses (Silberman and Petrocelli) since 2003, was named Faculty Member of the Year in 2007, and is the co-founder of the "Sands of Time" program.
